PRODUCT PRICING, PAYMENT AND SECURITY:

Lace & Ivy Soapworks reserves the right to change prices and product availability at any time without notice. Orders will be processed and dispatched only when full payment is received. The price payable for the product shall be the applicable price on the date the order is confirmed and paid for. There are no holds or payment plans of any kind for products. Local taxes, shipping and handling fees may apply to orders where applicable.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS: 

All available orders are filled within 24-72 hours. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and quantity. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipping labels have been generated, but not dispatched, we can cancel the order and refund the cost of products, less shipping. Once the order has been sent , we are unable to cancel the order.  With the current  Covid restrictions, we are unable to accept any return products. Any returns or product credits are at the sole discretion of Lace & Ivy Soapworks and will be handled on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse service. Lace & Ivy Soapworks reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions at anytime. The most current Terms & Conditions will be displayed on this page and it is the responsibility of you, the consumer, to stay aware of said changes.
